Dalip Singh Rana (born August 27, 1972) is an Indian professional wrestler and actor, better known by his ring name The Great Khali. He is currently signed to World WrestlinG Entertainment wrestling on its SmackDown! brand, where he is the reigning World Heavyweight Champion. Before embarking on his professional sports career, he was an officer in the Punjab state police.

Under the ring name "Giant Singh", Dalip Singh became a pro wrestler for All Pro Wrestling in the United States of America, making his first appearance in October 1996, when teaming with Tony Jones against the West Side Playaz. On May 28, 2001, Brian Ong died after receiving a flapjack from Singh. Ong had suffered a previous concussion during the session, but the trainers gave him a lower evaluation for not avoiding injuries and told him to continue training. In addition, it was proven that Ong did not receive any protective gear or supervision by APW staff. This second concussion ultimately proved fatal for him. As Singh inadvertently caused his death, Ong's family brought a lawsuit against All Pro Wrestling. They were found liable for recklessness after less than a day of deliberations, awarding the Ong family for damages of over $1.3 million.

World Wrestling Entertainment

On January 2, 2006, Singh was signed to a contract by WWE and assigned to the Deep South Wrestling developmental territory for training. With Daivari by his side, the un-named Singh debuted on WWE television on the April 7, 2006 episode of SmackDown!, attacking The Undertaker and leaving him out cold during his match with Mark Henry, and thus causing a no-contest.The next week he was introduced as "The Great Khali". Daivari explained that he now finally had a client that would destroy the Undertaker (after Muhammed Hassan and Mark Henry had failed previously). Khali made his in-ring debut on the April 21, 2006 edition of SmackDown!, defeating Funaki. On the May 5, 2006 edition of SmackDown, Khali signed a contract to face The Undertaker at Judgment Day on May 21, 2006. Later that night, he interrupted a WWE Cruiserweight Championship #1 Contender's Triple Threat Match between Super Crazy, Kid Kash, and Nunzio, and attacked all three men, as well as Vito.On the May 12, 2006 edition of SmackDown, JBL put Khali against then World Champion Rey Mysterio. Khali had a height advantage of almost two feet and a weight advantage of 250 pounds, and gained an easy victory over Mysterio. In his match against The Undertaker at Judgment Day 2006, Khali landed a series of blows on his opponent, and finally defeated The Undertaker with a kick to the head after receiving some illegal help from Daivari during the phase when the Undertaker had him under control. Khali continued on a rampage for several weeks, winning handicap matches, beating superstars up in a display of power, and mocking the Undertaker's signature pin and victory pose.
He also helped the Big Show beat down the Undertaker (who was challenging Show for the ECW World Championship) with a Double Chokeslam through the announcer's table, continuing his feud with The Undertaker.Khali then challenged the Undertaker to a Punjabi Prison Match. The two were scheduled to meet in such a match at The Great American Bash, but Khali was removed from the match due to elevated liver enzymes and replaced by the Big Show. (In the storyline, TheodoreLog replaced Khali with Big Show as punishment for an attack on The Undertaker shortly before the match.)Khali later received a clean bill of health, and the August 4, 2006 episode of SmackDown would see Khali being challenged by The Undertaker to a Last Man Standing match at SummerSlam. However, the match was moved to the SmackDown just prior to SummerSlam and won by the Undertaker, giving Khali his first loss in the WWE.By October of that year news came that Khali would return to WWE, along with Daivari, to join its revived ECW brand. On the October 31, 2006 edition of ECW, Khali and his manager Daivari made their on-screen debuts, with Daivari defeating Shannon Moore, while Khali took on the role as Daivari's enforcer for the match. Khali then assaulted Moore after the match. Khali continued manhandling Daivari's opponents after Daivari had defeated them.Khali then feuded with Tommy Dreamer, where Khali would assault Dreamer and choke drop him on a regular basis. Sometimes it would be on the steel entrance stage, a steel chair, or the padded floor outside the ring.On the December 19, 2006 edition of ECW, Khali faced Shannon Moore in his first match in ECW. Khali easily defeated Moore, but it was on a disqualification. Tommy Dreamer came in to interfere, but ended up being choke dropped by Khali onto the steel steps. Khali finally faced Tommy Dreamer on the January 9, 2007 edition of ECW in an Extreme Rules match. He easily defeated Dreamer, which turned out to be Khali's last ECW match. On the January 8, 2007, episode of RAW, Jonathan Coachman announced that Khali's contract with ECW had expired, he had signed with RAW (without his manager Daivari), and would battle John Cena in the main event. Khali won by disqualification after Cena took a steel chair held by Armando Estrada and hit Khali with it. After the match, Khali choke slammed Cena to the mat and left the ringside area, leaving Cena prone to an attack by Umaga. On the February 23, 2007 episode of SmackDown!, the Great Khali interfered in a Falls Count Anywhere, Money In The Bank qualifying match between Kane and King Booker. Khali cost Kane the match, leading to a match at WrestleMania. In his first appearance at the event, Khali defeated Kane at WrestleMania 23 after slamming him with a choke drop. Right after the match, Khali choked Kane with his own hook and chain. On the April 30, 2007 edition of RAW, The Great Khali attacked Shawn Michaels, Edge, and Randy Orton. He attacked WWE Champion John Cena as well, sending a message that he wanted Cena's title. The next week on RAW, Khali defeated Michaels in a No. 1 contender's match for the WWE Championship at Judgment Day. At the event, Khali's efforts came up short as he lost via submission for the first time ever, tapping out to John Cena's STFU. However, at Judgment Day, Khali's foot was under the rope when he tapped out, which went unnoticed by the referee. The next night on RAW, Khali expressed his outrage via his translator over the outcome. At One Night Stand, Khali lost to John Cena after he was FU'd off a crane bed. This would be the first time that The Great Khali had ever been pinned. On the June 11 edition of WWE Raw, as part of the WWE Draft, Khali was drafted from Raw to SmackDown! as SmackDown's first draft pick. He would soon enter a feud with Batista in July before the Great American Bash. The two were scheduled for a match on PPV on Sunday, July 22, 2007. However, due to Edge vacating the World Heavyweight Championship due to a injury, Khali won a 20-man Battle Royal for the title on the July 20 (taped on July 17) edition of SmackDown!, eliminating both Kane and Batista in one move. Khali dominated and defeated both Batista and Kane that same week at "The Great American Bash".

Rey Mysterio

Rey Mysterio( The Flying Wrestler)

Óscar Gutiérrez (born December 11, 1974), better known by the ring name Rey Misterio, Jr. in World Championship Wrestling (WCW) and Rey Mysterio in World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE), is a Mexican - American professional wrestler currently signed to WWE wrestling on its SmackDown! brand.

Mysterio is known for having a high flying style, which helped kick-start the cruiserweight revolution in the United States of America in the late 1990s - during his time in WCW.

Born in San Diego, California, Gutiérrez trained for pro wrestling with his uncle, Rey Misterio, Sr.. He debuted as a wrestler on April 30, 1989 at the age of 14 in a small church in Tijuana, Mexico. Technically, he was too young to receive a license, but enforcement was generally low. He began a feud with Psicosis (who had also been trained by Rey Misterio, Sr.) using the ring name Colibrí (Spanish for hummingbird). The feud lasted several years, continuing even after Gutiérrez's career moved to the U.S.
When Gutiérrez turned 18, his uncle allowed him to use the ring name Rey Misterio, Jr.. In Asistencia Asesoría y Administración (AAA) he feuded with Juventud Guerrera including a tag match with Rey Misterio Jr. and Sr. taking on Juventud and his father, Fuerza Guerrera.

Mask Removal

watch this clip he is removing the mask(a young man)

At Superbrawl IX Mysterio, alongside with Konnan would lose a tag team "hair vs. mask match" against the The Outsiders forcing Rey Mysterio, Jr. to remove his mask. After the match, he phoned his uncle to tell him of the news.Mysterio would later become a "giant killer" by scoring upset victories over towering, powerhouse performers like Kevin Nash, Bam Bam Bigelow, The Giant, and Scott Norton. He would also begin a successful tag team with Billy Kidman and join Master P's No Limit Soldiers. After Master P's departure from WCW, a new stable known as the Filthy Animals formed including Konnan, Eddie Guerrero, Kidman, and Mysterio.

In WWE, his theme song was a theme called "Jumpin Out The Sky". It was later changed to a Mysterio and Mad One original entitled "Booyaka 619".
This was made more personal, as he collaborated with the Christian nu metal band P.O.D. to create a new version of "Booyaka 619", which P.O.D. would perform live at WrestleMania 22. The studio version is included on the Wreckless Intent album. Rey uses a modified version of this song as his theme, which retains the intro from the original "Booyaka 619".

the high flying underdog

persoanal life
Mysterio went to high school with two members of the rock band P.O.D, who also preform his theme song, "Booyaka 619" Mysterio has numerous tattoos, including his children's names, his best friend Eddie, his wife Angie's name, various designs, his masks, and the word "Mexican" on his stomach. He also has tattooed a large spine onto his back. His most recent tatoos include a rosary on his chest, and the words "Made Man" and "By God" on the top and bottom of his wrists, respectively.
On March 19, 2007, Sports Illustrated posted on its website an article in its continuing series investigating a steroid and HGH ring used by a number of professional athletes in several sports. That article mentioned several current and former WWE wrestlers, including Mysterio who was alleged to have obtained nandrolone and stanozolol. WWE has since made a statement on this situation, mentioning that the allegations preceded the Talent Wellness program WWE launched in February 2006.
On July 11, 2007, it was revealed that Rey Mysterio was a patient of Dr. Phil Astin, personal physician of Chris Benoit, who is currently being investigated by police officials.
During his reign as World Heavyweight Champion, the title was often referred to as the "World Championship" due to Mysterio not technically being a heavyweight.
He is a close friend of Chavo Guerrero Jr. He and Chavo Jr. have wrestled together in numerous matches in both WCW and WWE.

Mask

For almost all WWE appearances, Mysterio keeps his face covered by a variety of masks. The colors of the masks vary, and he also wears contact lenses to match the color of his ring attire which sometimes makes it appear as if Mysterio has only pupils and no iris.
Mysterio has been unmasked two times while in WWE. The most recent occurred during SummerSlam 2006 where his entire mask came off as the result of a punch delivered by Chavo Guerrero but Mysterio covered his face with his hands until he could put his mask on again. He also removed his mask in his testimonial video on the Eddie Guerrero RAW tribute show, but put his head down so nobody could see his unmasked face. There was another occurance on a Friday Night Smackdown! episode in a match with Eddie Guerrero when Eddie ripped open Rey's mask almost in half, but the mask remained on Rey's head. You could see some of his head but not all of it. Then he got suplexed onto the steel steps.
WWE refuses to replay matches of Mysterio while he was unmasked in WCW. Also, on the WWE Home Video Rey Mysterio: 619, when any candid footage is shown where Rey is not wearing a mask (for example, the WWE Confidential segment wherein Rey gives WWE cameras a tour of his home), his face is censored. There was also a segment during WWE Tough Enough where Rey visited the contestants at their training facility, and removed his mask during an emotional speech to the contestants.

The Undertaker (Dead Man)

the_undertaker_wrestlemania23_wallpaper_preview.jpg

Mark Calaway (born March 24, 1965) is an American professional wrestler, better known by the ring name The Undertaker. He is signed to World Wrestling Entertainment wrestling on its SmackDown! brand but is currently inactive due to an injury.

As of 2007, Calaway is one of the longest-tenured performers in WWE, having joined in 1990. He is one of only two wrestlers to have appeared on the very first episode of RAW is WAR who are still with the company today. The other is Shawn Michaels.

Before coming to World Wrestling Entertainment, Calaway began his wrestling career with World Class Championship Wrestling in 1984. He joined World Championship Wrestling in 1989. When WCW never renewed Calaway's contract at the end of 1990, he joined World Wrestling Federation (now known as the World Wrestling Entertainment) in November of that year.

He is undefeated at WrestleMania with a 15-0 record and is a five-time World Champion; four times as WWF/E Champion, and a one-time World Heavyweight Champion. He was also the winner of the 2007 Royal Rumble.

undertaker returns

The Undertaker made his WWE debut on November 22, 1990 at Survivor Series 1990 as the mystery partner of Ted DiBiase's Million Dollar team. About one minute into the match, Undertaker eliminated Koko B. Ware with his finisher, called the Tombstone Piledriver. After Survivor Series, Calaway was called Kane the Undertaker at several shows until "Kane" was dropped from his name, and he reverted back to simply "The Undertaker." (Kane later became the name for the Undertaker's kayfabe half-brother.) The appearance of Undertaker was modeled after a mortician from old Western movies, with the character being supposedly impervious to pain and possessing supernatural powers, such as teleportation and manipulation of flames and lightning. It was at this time that the Undertaker switched managers from Brother Love to Paul Bearer.

WrestleMania winning streak

In the course of his WWF/E career, The Undertaker has won every match in which he has participated at the annual WrestleMania pay-per-view. The Undertaker has won fifteen matches in fifteen years, defeating a total of fifteen different individuals (although on two occasions his opponent was Kane, at WrestleMania XIX he defeated both A-Train and The Big Show in a handicap match). Since debuting in the WWF in 1990, The Undertaker has wrestled at every WrestleMania event other than WrestleMania X and WrestleMania 2000.

      • The gong from his theme music rings, frequently with the lights going out. This may either act as a distraction to a competitor in the ring (allowing the wrestler to be pinned/eliminated if in a match), or he may appear from behind when the lights turn back on (not in a match).

      • He lies motionless on the floor, seemingly knocked out, but then suddenly sits up (zombie style), demoralizing his opponent and shocking the crowd, and then goes back to fighting his opponent, but with more intensity.

      • He raises his arm in the air, hand ready, signaling for the Chokeslam.

      • He indicates cutting his throat slowly before performing his finisher, the Tombstone Piledriver.

      • After the match, while kneeling on his left knee, he raises his right arm and his eyes roll up into the back of his head and his tongue goes out.

      • After the match, while leaving the ring, his right arm raises while the thunder roars, signaling his victory.

    No Mercy Undertaker vs Kennedy

    Personal life

Calaway met his second and current wife, Sara, at a WWF autograph signing in San Diego, California. He eventually married her in a ceremony in St. Petersburg, Florida on July 21, 2000. Mark and Sara currently have two daughters together, Chasey (born in 2002) and Gracie (born in 2005).

As a wedding gift to Sara, Calaway had his wife's name tattooed onto his throat and has said this is the most painful tattoo he has ever had. Undertaker has several other tattoos. He has a gravedigger which he refers to as "Original Deadman". He has many skulls, castle and wizard tattoos. When talking about his body art he has said that there is kind of a medieval thing going-on on his arms. He also has a dancing skeleton on the back of his neck.

Aside from wrestling, Calaway has many hobbies and interests. He collects Harley-Davidson and West Coast Choppers motorcycles, and purchased his first brand new motorcycle after defeating Hulk Hogan for the WWF Championship at the 1991 Survivor Series. Calaway has also had a custom motorcycle built for him by Jesse James, the founder of West Coast Choppers. He is a massive fan of Nick Cave and all his musical endeavours (The Birthday Party and The Bad Seeds). He also enjoys listening to bands like ZZ Top, AC/DC, Kiss, Black Sabbath, Guns N' Roses, Metallica, Iron Maiden and Black Label Society. Calaway also enjoys country music and blues music.

As an avid boxing fan, Calaway was also the person who carried the Flag of the United States while leading Team Pacquiao to the ring during Pacquiao vs. Velázquez fight in 2005. This was also confirmed by another WWE Superstar, Batista. Batista revealed this during a televised interview in the Philippines called TV Patrol World in ABS-CBN while promoting an upcoming WWE promotional tour which was set to be shown in the country (WWE SmackDown! Survivor Series 2006 Tour).

As The Undertaker has been absent from the WWE due to his 2007 injury, Calaway has been getting into real estate with his partner Scott Everhart. Calaway and Everhart finished construction on a 2.7 million dollar building in Loveland, Colorado. The building, filled with upscale office space, is named the "The Calahart" (a combination of their last names). Undertaker is due to return to the ring in November, but Calaway has come to the realization that his WWE career cannot last forever. Calaway has said that being a TV star certainly helps him in the real estate business, he was recently quoted saying "by no means does it seal the deal, but people do want to sit down and talk with you. It helps us get to meet a lot of people and know what we’re trying to get accomplished."

At one point, The Undertaker appeared in a commercial which featured pro tennis player, Venus Williams

He began his WWE career on the May 9, 2002 episode of SmackDown! as Deacon Bautista, a heel enforcer for Reverend D-Von on the SmackDown! franchise. Batista made his WWE match debut in a tag match teaming with D-Von against Randy Orton and Faarooq with Batista pinning Orton after using his spinebuster.Over a sequence of weeks, Orton tried to beat D-Von and Bautista with different partners, but ultimately lost each time to Bautista's spinebuster. Bautista suffered his first loss in a match against Rikishi after D-Von accidentally struck him with a punch, allowing Rikishi to take advantage and pin Bautista for the win. Bautista and D-Von started to argue over the forthcoming weeks, with Bautista eventually turning on D-Von. After splitting with D-Von, he was traded to RAW and was re-branded as Dave Batista (or simply Batista). He aligned himself with Ric Flair and feuded with Kane, whom he defeated in his pay-per-view debut at Armageddon 2002 in Sunrise, Florida

    Personal life

Bautista is of Filipino and Greek heritage. His year of birth was disputed for several years. His website originally listed him as being born in 1969, while several contradictory news reports, as well as the IMDb, had claimed that he was actually born in 1966. In March 2006, Batista stated in an interview that he was born in 1969.

In the August 2006 edition of WWE magazine Batista revealed that he and his wife are currently separated.

In an interview with IGN.com, he stated that he collected lunchboxes. This collection started when he bought his wife an ET lunchbox and she did not want to break it, so he bought a second one.

Batista can breakdance. This was shown in a commercial promoting WWE SummerSlam 2004 where he did his take on a "floor routine" (basically mocking the floor routines shown at the Olympic Games).

In 2005, Batista gave two controversial interviews to the British tabloid newspaper The Sun. In the first interview, Batista, then wrestling on the RAW brand of WWE, criticized SmackDown!, stating, "I've watched their tapings live and it seems like a lot of the guys couldn't care less. There's a lack of passion and pride."In the second interview, Batista acknowledged that his statements had attracted considerable backstage heat from members of the SmackDown! brand. He then went on to claim, "there are guys on both shows who are lazy, couldn't care less and show no dedication." He then criticized rival wrestling promotion Total Nonstop Action Wrestling, claiming, "I've also seen clips of their car wreck matches with A.J. Styles doing his stunts. That's not wrestling. Wrestling is storytelling." In April 2006, Styles responded to Batista's comments, quipping, "I think it's funny that a guy who takes a bump and tears his back tells me that I don't know how to wrestle."

At a 2006 SummerSlam pay-per-view commercial shoot, it was reported that Batista got into a real-life fistfight with Booker T. The incident was reported on WWE.com, with both men telling their sides of the story.

Batista guest starred in the eighth episode of Season 6 of the American drama action/adventure, CW Network television series Smallville, playing a villain named Aldar from the Phantom Zone who could suck the bones out of people.
